DPW REALTY is a partnership with 6 staff members operating from Galston in the heart of Sydney’s Hills District. The three partners in the company are completely au fait with all aspects of real estate, and between them have over 30 years experience in the Hills district.

Sheena Daley, the licensee of the company began her real estate career in the early eighties and held the position of “National Sales Manager” with a prominent Australian franchise network for several years before deciding that she preferred to work directly with the public.

Stephen Peters has similar experience over the Hills area and particular expertise in rural home and land sales.

Nick Francis, who is also a licensed agent, has been “born and bred” in the Hills and also has an intimate knowledge of the area.

The properties offered through the agency are very varied and cover small residential bocks to large vacant tracts of land, and from small residential houses in quaint villages to multi-million dollar executive residences on manicured acreage.

The average price range for a home on acres runs between $800,000 and $1.5M

The office position is one of prominence, sitting at the northern end of Galston and heralding the entrance to the rural Hills district.

DPW also has a large property management department offering homes to let from $280 per week in the village to $1,000 per week for executive style homes on acreage.
